The Classic proposal is designed for those who wish to begin discovering Cantina Costantini and the wines of the Castelli Romani. This guided tasting includes a selection of 3 wines carefully chosen, accompanied by delicious high-quality local specialties. You will taste the renowned Pane di Genzano DOP together with our own extra virgin olive oil and you can enjoy the pairing of cooked must with a selection of artisan cured meats and cheeses from the area. An authentic experience to get closer to the flavors and traditions of our winery and of Lazio.
Superior tasting
Cost €35 per person Duration 1H30
The Superior option enriches your knowledge of the wine productions of Lazio and the area of the Castelli Romani. The tasting includes the selection of 4 wines of your choice from the entire range of wines from Cantina Costantini. During the tasting, you can enjoy the renowned Pane di Genzano DOP, accompanied by our extra virgin olive oil from the latest harvest and our delicious preserved vegetables in oil. Each wine will be expertly paired with a carefully selected assortment of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by our organic jams.
